Additional Information:A clear and good example of Georgian Revival style, not frequently found in Ashland. Red brick symmetrical facade with chimneys at each end of gabled house. Front entry includes fine example of the style's typical fan light entries with semi-circular portico and columns.

Metternich was the general manager of the Marathon Paper Mills.
