Additional Information: | Resurveyed 2016 by UWM-CRM as part of Milwaukee Bublr bikeshare project. 2016- "This Colonial Revival-style retail building was constructed in 1897. The brick structure features a dentil cornice and an oriel window on its south elevation. Windows throughout are 1-over-1 double hung and appear to be replacements. Historic photos suggest that most of the first story, including storefronts windows and the entrance at the corner of Lincoln Avenue and Allis Street, has been significantly altered. The building is within the APE for proposed station site #36 - Lincon/KK." -"Mult. Locations, Milwaukee, 7.5 series", WisDOT #2190-06-01, Prepared by Kelly Noack and Justin Miller, UWM-CRM (2016). |
