Additional Information:1973: "This late Victorian style store and residence was owned by George I. Prasser who together with his three sons were furniture makers and undertakers. Two of his sons, Gustav and Emil, lived in this dwelling for a short time. The classic details and picturesque plan and elevations of this building make it one of the best examples of the Victorian style in the area.

No major interior or exterior alterations or additions with the exception of electrical and heating modernization.
