Additional Information: | 1973: "This spacious two family dwelling is a fine example of a building type popular in Milwaukee at the turn of the century. Of particular interest is the ornament on the facade, including the pediment porches. As of 1973, no major alterations have been made. Although portions of the porch railing have been replaced, the exterior remains intact. Builder: John Schramke, Milwaukee." 2022: The original cladding has since been replaced or covered with vinyl siding. The Palladian window in the gable end has been removed and covered over with vinyl siding. The windows have been replaced. The porch balustrades have been replaced. |
