NOTES
Additional Information:This two-story red brick foursquare farmhouse has an asphalt-shingled hip-with-deck roof. A wood balustrade runs around the deck, and a patterned brick chimney rises through it. The house has a three-bay front facade with an odd window configuration consisting of two-over-two lights and a transom. The side facade windows are one-over-one double-hung sash. All the windows have stone lintel and sills. There is a gabled dormer with a closed pediment on the front slope of the roof. The dormer features two three-pane windows, a dentilled molding, and a sunburst in the gable end. The front porch has been altered or added within the past ten years: It is enclosed with vinyl siding and has modern casement windows. There is also a small, frame, clapboarded addition with a hip roof on the north facade.

The house was built c 1925 for Fred and Martha Buelow and remained with the Buelow family until at least 1949. By 1961, it had been purchased by John Trelka.
