Additional Information:This structure is an excellent example of a Victorian frame residence exhibiting much original detail. It is also a fine example of the alley house phenomena.

No main building permit.

1973: "This home...is facing Walker Square and is a charming example of Victorian Gothic design. The original owner was a grader.

Alterations and Additions (as of 1973):
The foundation was underpinned in 1906, but besides that the building is in essentially its original form."
