Additional Information:Good example of a simple Italianate style dwelling. Typical features include two story L-shaped plan with shallow pitched roof, paired first floor windows under single pedimented architrave, and round headed second floor window with moulded hood.

1973: "The original owner of this Italianate house was a cashier at the South Side Savings Bank at the time this house was built.

Alterations and Additions (as of 1973):
A two story wood frame addition exists at the rear of the house for which where is no permit on file.
There are no other significant alterations or additions."
