Additional Information:2024: This is a boat service facility that consists of two warehouses (103119; 103120) and associated boat yard space, enclosed with a chain-link fence, along the bank of the Milwaukee River. The south building (103119) on the property is an a-stylistic utilitarian warehouse constructed in 1967 along the south bank of the Kinnickinnic River. It is a rectangular plan pole building clad in ribbed metal with a gabled roof also clad in ribbed metal. The gable ends are perpendicular to S. Water Street. The elevations visible from the right-of-way are unfenestrated. At least one vehicular door is in the north gable end facing the associated yard. Four pedestrian doors are spaced along the street facing (west) elevation.
