Additional Information:2021 This Mediterranean Revival style retail building was constructed in 1929. The front façade is clad in tan tapestry brick. A replacement storefront assembly occupies the eastern 2/3 of the first story. The storefront has new bulkheads and replacement windows and transoms. A modern steel entry door is located in the west corner of the first story. The second story contains replacement double hung windows and a modern steel door with historic metal balconet. The second story is capped with a tile pent roof. The façade also contains two cast stone decorative plaques, and terminates in a shaped parapet with cast stone coping.
