Additional Information: | 2004 -appearance unchanged since 1998 survey. 2023 - This Colonial Revival house was constructed in 1949. This one-and a half-story house is symmetrical in plan with an asphalt-shingled, side-gabled roof and two gable-roofed dormers on the primary, north facing elevation. The house is clad in a wide-board composite siding, with the exception of a brick knee wall beneath the box bay window. The entryway is centrally located, sheltered by a section of the shed roof that extends from above. The box bay window contains a large multi-paned picture window flanked by multi-paned casements in a wide surround. An 8-over-12 double hung window is located west of the doorway and is flanked by shutters. Dormers in the roof above contain 6-over-6 double hung sashes. It appears that windows throughout the house are replacements of the originals. A detached two-bay garage is located southeast of the house. |
