NOTES
Additional Information:This property consists of two apartment buildings. The buildings appear to be mirror image in plan. The eastern building is labeled as 1235 (AHI #103887) and the western building is labeled as 1241 (AHI #103888), although both buildings currently belong to a single legal parcel. Each three story Neoclassical apartment building was built in 1909. The front elevation of each is clad in orage face brick with stone sills and trim. The remaining elevations are clad in cream common brick with cast stone sills. The front door is centered in each building and has a stone surround with arched glass transom. The buildings have aluminum double hung windows arranged in pairs. A modest painted wood cornice and brick parapet caps each building.
