Two story commercial structure with elaborate Romanesque Revival cornice with arched corbel table, three part division with central namestone and two oriel windows below, both altered. Storefront altered.

2017: Parapet complete rebuilt and datestone no longer there; windows of second-story bays downsized and storefront altered again.
