Additional Information:HALF ROUND WINDOWS ON UPPER STORY. MASSIVE HOUSE W/ROUND WINDOW IN GABLE. MOULDED ROUND ARCH WINDOWS.

Made with Milwaukee Cream City brick. Brick belt course encircles residence. Interior has original wooden staircase, hardwood floors and trim. Bathroom is reported to be one of first in area.

Two original farmbuildings remain--gambrel roof barn and chicken coop.

John Lemke born in Germany in 1834. Moved to US at age 16. Later married Karoline Schulz and moved to Morrison. House built by Karoline's brother.
