2014: The Laurence Schauer Farmstead includes a farmhouse, c.1900 barn (AHI #227594), and several other outbuildings. The farmhouse is a gable ell consisting of a two-story front gable structure with one-story side gable ell. Both the main portion of the house and the wing have asbestos siding and asphalt-shingle roofing, and feature full-width porches supported by square wood posts. Windows are regularly spaced and primarily replacement one-over-one sashes, though the east gable end of the wing features an oculus window. A small single-story addition is attached to the southeast corner of the wing.
