2014: This farmstead consists of a 1910 farmhouse, c.1900 barn (AHI #227593), three silos, garage, and equipment shed. The two-story farmhouse has a stone foundation, red brick exterior, and side gable roof with a prominent front gable wall dormer. The front (north) facade also features a full-width hip roof porch supported by turned wood posts with decorative brackets. Fenestration consists of paired front windows and one-over-one, double-hung, wood sashes throughout. The house features some decorative elements, including cream brick quoins and arched window hoods and a lunette window in the front dormer. A rear door opening has been boarded with plywood and fitted with a small vinyl window. The rear porch has been removed.
