1998 Survey:

Former cheese factory constructed in 1905. Two story main block with offset gable wing addition.

Known as Riverside Cheese Factory in 1905. Operated by the Otto Giese family until 1927. At that time the name switched to Suamico Dairy. Owned by L.C. Arnoldi. He operated the facility until the early 1940s. Currently a residence.
