The Hotel Roffers is a 2-story Twentieth-Century Commercial building constructed in 1912 by architect Alfred Fleck. The building is rectangular in plan with brick walls and a flat roof. The front elevation faces south and is asymmetrical in plan with off-center double doors of wood and glass construction. These are flanked by large shop windows with prismatic glass transoms that punctuate the south, as well as the east, elevation at regular intervals. Cutaway bays at the southeast and southwest corners contain additional pairs of double doors with glass transoms. Arched overhangs with round pendants are located above each cutaway bay. The second story contains a row of 1-over-1 windows for the full length of the façade; brick pilasters with contrasting corbels are located between windows pairs and at each corner. A triangular brick parapet is located in the center of the front elevation. The interior of the building contains two individual restaurant spaces on the first floor and large banquet rooms on the second floor. Exposed brick walls and some wood flooring are original to the building. New interior walls can be found throughout and portions of the original flooring have been carpeted or tiled.
