Additional Information:City of Green Bay, Wisconsin - Architectural and Historical Intensive Survey Report Phase 1 - 2021 Photo code #2: 75BR-5/16 Altered first floor, wood windows lintel across the front with patena inset into the face of the lintel. Terra cotta cartouches placed at ends of the first floor window lintel with the date "1905" inscribed. A metal cornice is placed above the second floor window with a denticulated metal molding beneath broken in the center by a square decorative panel.
