There is a slightly later gable roof addition to the rear with slightly different colored brick siding but without the same segmental arch windows without hood molds as the rest of the house. Small rectangular original two light windows are in place under the eaves on the east facade of the original block of the house. STONE SILLS. SMALL RECTANGULAR WINDOWS UNDER EAVES. Gallagher was later proprietor of the Northwestern Hotel.

Surveyed February 2008 revealing building demolished circa 1990 and was replaced by a parking lot.
