Additional Information:Originally located at 1031 E. Mason St. but was moved to its present location in the summer of 2005 when St. Paul Lutheran Church expanded their parking lot. Photo code #2: 75BR-9/26 ONE OF THE BEST EXTANT EXAMPLES OF THIS VARIANT OF THE QUEEN ANNE STYLE IN GREEN BAY. INTACT GABLE ROOF ENTRANCE PORCH HAS TURNED COLONETTES AND THE GABLE END IS FILLED WITH FISHSCALE PATTERN WOOD SHINGLES. THE SMALL TRIANGULAR GABLET AT THE JUNCTURE OF THE GABLE AND HIP ROOF HAS FOUR SEPARATE PANELS WITH VERTICAL BOARDS ABOVE AND TO THE SIDES OF THE CENTRAL PANEL WHICH IS FILLED WITH FISHSCALE PATTERN WOOD SHINGLES. ALL MAIN GABLE ENDS ARE FILLED WITH MULTIPLE PANELS BANDED BY WOOD STRIPS IN STICK STYLE FASHION. THE PANELS ABOVE AND BELOW THE PAIRED RECTILINEAR WINDOWS IN EACH GABLE END ARE SIDED IN ALTERNATING COURSES OF FISHSCALE AND COVE PATTERN WOOD SHINGLES, WHILE THE TRIANGULAR PANELS ON EITHER SIDE OF THE WINDOWS ARE FILLED WITH VERTICAL TONGUE AND GROOVE BOARD. THE GABLE ENDS HAVE INTACT DECORATED BARGE BOARDS. EACH OF THE THREE ELLS HAVE PANELS BELOW THE SECOND FLOOR WINDOWS SIDED IN ALTERNATING COURSES OF FISHSCALE AND COVE PATTERN WOOD SHINGLES, AND THERE IS A WIDE BAND DECORATED IN A SIMILAR MANNER ENCIRCLING THE HOUSE BETWEEN THE WATER TABLE AND THE FIRST FLOOR WINDOW SILLS. BOTH THE EAST AND WEST FACING ELLS HAVE CUTAWAY FIRST FLOORS WITH INTACT CORNER BRACKETS ABOVE. Green Bay Intensive Survey Phases 2, 3 & 4
