Additional Information:Original showroom facade has had display windows boarded over. Entrance door has original 6 lite transom above. Pilasters across the front facade have Art Deco inspired concrete capitals. Recessed blind segmental arched panels above the display windows are now stucco sided. Principal facade has concrete coping on parapet above has a deep zig-zag pattern. Side walls are brick and are pilastered. The rear addition has a metal roofed moniter roof above completely sided in metal sash windows.

NAER INVENTORY (08/1979):
This building is a one story, irregular shaped brick facility with a flat roof and pilastered walls, measuring approximately 80' x 45'. At least one addition, about 1950, has been built on to the original building.

This facility was constructed in 1929, its original occupant being the Motor Parts & Machine Co. The firm was primarily an automotive parts distributer, with some machine work. In 1936 the Hoell Machine Co. became an additional occupant. Currently (1979) the Motor Parts firm is an automotive parts distributer, while Hoell handles general machine shop work.
