Corbelled brick parapet on main facade hides the very shallow pitched gable roof behind. All windows have cut stone sills. NAER INVENTORY (05/1979): This structure was converted in 1908 by the Wainwright Glove Co. The structure remained a glove factory although the title shifted several times (Davis Glove 1920-1940; Fabry Glove 1940-1963) until 1967 when the lower story was used by Van Lanen Lytie Printing Co. In 1972 the entire structure was adapted to its present use as apartments. The structure measures 35' x 55' and is two and one half stories high. It has a limestone foundation and is constructed of brick, flat tin roof and windows with segmental arches. Green Bay Intensive Survey Phases 2, 3 & 4
