This small one story clapboard building with a flat hip roof and symmetrical facade features its original windows and is only recently been taken over by the Knights of Columbus. The smaller building is testimony to the dwelling importance of fraternal groups in Ashland.

2017: Additions to building on both sides and new siding and windows.
