Additional Information:A multi-tenant retail, Contemporary style building, named Allouez Village Centre, was constructed in 1958 at the southeast corner of Greene Avenue and Libal Street. The Allouez Village Centre building is currently occupied by Active Chiropractic & Rehabilitation, Zesty's, Maytag Coin Laundry, Zieman Properties, and Dorothy's Custom Sewing & Accessories. 2021 - Resurveyed. The Allouez Village Centre is a Contemporary-style strip mall that was built in 1958. The one-story building has an L-shaped plan and is set back from Libal Street by a large surface parking lot. The shopping center is clad in brick and has a flat roof with a short parapet wall that is clad in aluminum siding. The east wing of the building has five retail tenants that are identified by individual signage and awnings. The west wing of the building has space for one tenant and has a large central awning. A tall brick column located at the northwest corner of the parking lot is topped by a large sign listing the businesses.
