NOTES
Additional Information:2012- This largely intact, two-story-tall, almost square plan, clapboard-clad Craftsman Style house has a main fayade that faces west onto
John Ave., and it was built between 1914 and 1935 according to Sanborn-Perris Fire Insurance maps and probably dates from around
1919. The main facade is symmetrical in design and it is dominated by a projecting, centered, hip-roofed, one-story-tall enclosed
entrance porch. Most of the house's original three-over-one-light double hung wood sash frrst story windows are still intact, but the
second story ones appear to have been replaced with one-over-one-light windows at a later date. Likewise, the original three-over-one
light windows that are located in the front-facing dormer on the house's hipped main roof are still intact as well.
