Additional Information:2012- This very intact, two-story-tall, rectilinear plan, free-standing duplex residence is one of three identical buildings that are located next to each other on the south side of Belknap St. The full basement story of this Craftsman Style building has stuccoed walls and the first
story walls that rest on it are clad in wide wood clapboards, the second story is clad in narrow wood clapboards, and these walls are
sheltered by the overhanging eaves ofthe building's hip roof. The main facade ofthis building faces north onto Belknap St. and it is
symmetrical in design and it is dominated by the projecting gable-roofed, one-story-tall enclosed entrance porch that is centered on it.

Built between 1914 and 1935 according to Sanborn maps. Identical to AHI#'s 223671 and 223672.
