It is a one-story ranch type single-family residence that features restrained elements of the Colonial Revival style such as quoins, wide band frieze trim, eave returns, and semi-circular windows. The house is U-shaped in plan with a cross-gabled roof consisting of a main longitudinal volume parallel to Sunset Circle and two front-gabled projections at the east and west ends. The attached garage is in the east cross-gable and is accessed from the side (east) of the house and a semi-circular driveway. The house is clad in red brick veneer with raised quoins at the corners. The cross-gabled roof features eave returns and dentil molding below the eaves. The main entrance consists of double doors that are slightly off center and recessed below the roofline. A large, semi-circular picture window is off set east of the entrance and consists of five vertical, 10-lite windows. Each of the front gable ends features two paired casement windows that are evenly off set from center and centered, semi-circular attic windows. A broad internal red brick chimney rises from the rear-facing (south) roof slope.
