NOTES
Additional Information:A 'site file' titled "Sunset Circle Residential Historic District" exists for this property. It contains additional information such as correspondence, newspaper clippings, or historical information. It is a public record and may be viewed in person at the Wisconsin Historical Society, State Historic Preservation Office. 2023 The Edward W. and Rose A. Anderegg House was constructed in 1960. It is a one-story single-family ranch type dwelling with a front-facing attached garage. The house is irregular in plan consisting of a central longitudinal volume with front and rear facing cross-gables. The exterior is clad in red brick and vinyl siding. The roof features closed eaves that moderately overhang the house and an internal brick chimney rises from the north facing roof slope between the attached garage and the living space. The main entrance is centered in the house and sheltered below the open-air front-gabled porch that is supported by squared posts. A rectangular bay window features a ribbon of three vertical casement windows. Building permits indicate that between 2006–2008, new vinyl siding was applied, the garage was expanded to accommodate an additional garage stall, an addition was constructed to the rear elevation, and the gabled-open air porch was constructed to the principal (north) elevation. The project also included interior renovations which likely coincided with replacing and reducing the windows in west half of the principal elevation and replacing the window in west elevation which is now partially glass block. This resource is the only non-contributing resource in the historic district.
