It is a public record and may be viewed in person at the Wisconsin Historical Society, State Historic Preservation Office. 2014 The Edward M. Degeneffe House is two-story Neo-Colonial constructed in 1987. It is of frame construction and clad in vinyl siding. The house has a side gable roof covered in asphalt shingles with dentil molding along the roofline. On the east side is a one-story attached two-car garage with a front gable roof, also clad in vinyl siding. The main entrance is slightly off center, with an elaborate door surround with three sidelights on either side and dentil molding details in the entablature. Windows on the first floor are eight-over-twelve, double-hung, vinyl sash with large lintels. Second floor windows are shorter and are eight-over-eight, double-hung, vinyl sash. 2023 This was a speculative house constructed by Beernsten Construction. It was completed and purchased by Edward M. and Linda M. Degeneffe in 1989 . The Edward M. and Linda M. Degeneffe House is two-story single-family dwelling exhibiting characteristics of the Colonial Revival style including a balanced façade, accented doors and windows, and a dentil cornice. It is T-shaped in plan consisting of the side-gabled two-story living space and a front-gabled one-story attached garage. The exterior is clad in vinyl siding with dentil molding in the eaves. The principal elevation is organized into four evenly spaced bays with the main entrance and individual windows in each bay. The entrance is accented by a decorative door surround and narrow sidelights on either side. Windows in the lower story, of both the house and garage, are tall eight-over-twelve hung vinyl sash with entablature inspired lintels. Windows in the upper story are eight-over-eight hung vinyl sash.
