This farmstead consists of seven historic resources including a house, basement barn, garage, outbuilding, small animal barn, pump house, cellar, and wire silo. Associated with AHI No. 4899. The astylistic-utilitarian outbuilding was constructed c.1900. It is rectangular in plan with board and metal walls and a metal clad gable roof. The front elevation faces east and is symmetrical in plan; the east elevation is clad in corrugated metal and has a central garage door opening; the wall just below the gable is clad in the original board siding. Regularly spaced 1-over-1 windows run the length of the south elevation; some of the windows are missing glazing and others are missing the entire window.
