Additional Information:Sanborn maps and city directories suggest that this house was built in circa 1934 for Clifford Daniels. Daniels was born around 1896 in Nebraska and was the vice president of the Hardware Mutual Insurance Company. Daniels had left the home by 1954 and it was owned by Richard Manthe in 1965.
