This small, front-gabled building is constructed of rock-faced concrete block with clapboards in the gable. The front (north) elevation has a single board door. The east and west (side) elevations each have two small six-light windows." - "CTH II, Talmadge Road - CTH I", WisDOT ID #7826-05-00, Prepared by Justin Miller for GLARC, Inc (2013).
