2013- "The Richland County Poor Farm contains eight contributing resources including the Senior Citizens' Home (AHI#224263), the Home for the Aged (224260), a garage (224261), a water utility building (224262), a sewage disposal building (224264), two cemeteries (224266 and 224267), and a caretaker's cottage (224269). Noncontributing resources include a picnic shelter (224270) and a storage shed (224271).

This building was constructed in 1904. It is round in plan with concrete walls and a flat roof. A small metal ventilation pipe projects from the roof and a single dooor is located in the eastern side of the structure. The door is a newer replacement with glazing in the top half. Inside the building is a modern electrical water pump."
