NOTES
Additional Information:2013- "The Gerret Gysbers house was constructed around 1900. This Free Classic Queen Anne-style house consists of a two-story,
L-shaped main block with a one-story rear addition. A porch wraps around two sides of the house. The house is
set on a stone foundation and the walls are clad in clapboard siding with cornerboards. The gables are clad in scallop-cut
shingles and have heavy cornice mouldings. The roof has wood eaves with widely-spaced block modillions above a wide
frieze board. Fenestration consists of two-over-two double hungs, one-over-one double hungs, and a modern picture
window. All windows appear to be historic, retain their original wood surrounds, and are flanked by modern fixed
composite shutters. The porch is supported on Roman Doric columns and has a low railing with turned balusters. The
porch retains its original floor and scroll-cut skirt boards."
