Additional Information: | 2013- "The F. Zimmerman house was built in 1893. This Queen Anne-style house is set on a stone foundation, is clad in vinyl siding, and has a hip-and-gable roof. The house is roughly rectangular in plan and consists of the two-story main block, a one and one-half story gabled addition, and a one-story flat-roofed rear portion. The roof retains its distinctive diamond-shaped shingles and wood eaves. All the windows appear to be modern, one-over-one double hungs with aluminum storm windows. A full-width porch is located along the front of the house. The porch has Roman Ionic columns and a low railing with turned balusters." - "STH 49/Main Street", WisDOT ID #6090-06-03/75, Prepared by Justin Miller for GLARC, Inc (2012). |
