2012-This c.1940, one-story, rectangular-plan, front-gable cottage is located on the western shore of Long Lake. The walls are clad in drop siding and the moderately pitched gable roof is covered in asphalt shingles. A small ell projects on the west (side) elevation. A small brick chimney projects from the roof. The entrance on the front (north) facade is sheltered by a small gabled overhang supported by knee braces. Fenestration consists of two-over-two, wood, double-hung sash with the exception of the two-light wood fixed sash found on the ell.
