Additional Information: | 2013- "This newly inventoried Bungalow is located on the north side of East Soma Avenue, across from Pine Ridge Lane. Erected ca. 1920, the one-story house faces south and is oriented perpendicular to East Soma Avenue. Horizontal wood siding clads the house. The asphalt-shingled, low-pitched hip roof displays overhanging eaves and exposed rafters. A dormer pierces the roof of the south-facing (front) facade. The open, front entry porch is accessed by a small set of stairs and has been modified. Fenestration throughout the house appears intact and displays mostly four-over-one Craftsman windows. The overhanging eaves, exposed rafter tails, multipaned sashes and dormer facing the street are characteristic of the Bungalow style." - "Tomahawk Bicycle Trail System", WisDOT ID #9862-00-70, Prepared by Rachel E. Bankowitz (2013). |
