NOTES
Additional Information:2017- "This one and one-half story Cape Cod residence is finished with brick and set on a concrete foundation. Erected in 1981, the house displays a dominant, side gabled roof clad with asphalt shingles. Two, small front-gabled dormers finished with clapboards perch on the front slope of the roof. A brick chimney pierces the roof ridge; a broad, exterior chimney rises on the west facade. Wooden shingles appear in the gable ends. The central front entrance is embellished with multipaned sidelights. A frieze and denticulated cornice with returned eaves further enriches the house. An enclosed breezeway connects the house to the front-gabled, two-car garage. The finishes on the garage match those on the house."
