Additional Information: | This 2-story American Foursquare house was constructed c.1910. It is square in plan with clapboard at the first level, wood shingling at the second level, and an asphalt-shingled, hipped roof. The front elevation faces north and is symmetrical in plan with the exception of second-story window placement. A one-story enclosed porch spans the width of the façade. The porch features heavy, squared piers at both outside corners and a quarter wall along the front and both sides; the walls and piers are clad in stucco. The front door features modern art glass sidelights and is located at the center of the enclosed porch; the door is flanked by banks of three one-over-one windows. The second story contains a pair of 1-over-1 windows and a single 1-over-1 windows. A hipped-roof dormer projects from the front roof slope; the dormer contains a pair of small 1-over-1 windows. |
