NOTES
Additional Information:2013:
The cemetery contains a c.1915 one-and-a-half-story vernacular brick building with a concrete foundation; the steeply pitched cross-gable asphalt roof features exposed rafter tails and notched bargeboards. The entrance consists of double doors located on the southwest elevation flanked by window openings on each side. A pair of small one-story gable wings project on the southeast elevation. Individually accessed by exterior doors, they may have functioned as public restroom facilities. Window openings have flat brick headers and concrete sills; lower-story window openings have been covered with plywood, while those of the upper story contain vertically-divided three-over-one wood double-hung sash.
