Additional Information:2015- "This 1-story contemporary warehouse and office building was constructed circa 1965. It is rectangular in plan with stone veneer in the lower half and aluminum sheeting in the upper half of the exterior walls and a flat roof. The front elevation faces west. The south west
comer contains two large pane windows extending on either side. The west facade contains four entrances-the two southern
entrances are flanked by large plate glass windows. Contemporary metal beam sun shades are positioned over the plate glass windows
on the west facade. Along the north favade, two small, square windows are east of the comer plate glass windows. There is an
entrance in the center of the north facade and six large, factory windows in the east half of the north favade. A shed roof addition with
aluminum sheeting walls is attached at the east elevation."
