Additional Information: | Colonial Revival, frame residence with clipped-gable roof on a concrete block foundation. 2013- "This c.1910, two-and-one-half-story, frame residence rests on a concrete block foundation, is clad in clapboard, and has a clipped front gable roof. A one-story open porch with a hip roof supported by Ionic columns spans the front facade. The windows on the front (north) facade are one-over-one with the exception of a Palladian window at the attic level and a circular opening directly beneath. The side elevations also feature one-over-one, double-hung sash windows. The roof is covered with asphalt shingles and there is a small historic-age addition to the rear (south) of the home that maintains the original appearance and architectural expression." -"STH 19, Palmer Street to B28-77", WIS-DOT 3050-02-02, prepared by Mead & Hunt, Inc., (2013). |
