NOTES
Additional Information:2013- "This farmstead is composed of a farmhouse, three barns, three silos, two small animal buildings, a rubble-stone outbuilding, a pole building, and four metal grain bins. A c.1870 one-story farmhouse is located on the western portion of the property. It is of frame construction with a side-gable roof and asbestos siding. A wood panel entrance door with a three-light transom is centered on the front (north) facade. Windows are a combination of the original two-over-two, double-hung sash and replacement two-over-six and one-over-one, double-hung sash with wood window surrounds. The windows and the entry door feature brackets that support simple projecting hoods. Two fixed three-light windows are located directly beneath the eaves. The side (east and west) elevations feature the same style windows, with two on the ground story and one in each gable end.

Clustered near the farmhouse are a c.1880, rectangular outbuilding clad in board-and-batten siding, and a c.1880 rubble-stone outbuilding (225442) that may have served as a smokehouse. There are also two c.1900 gable-roof animal barns with large overhead doors on their west elevations and a small square opening within each gable end. To the south of these barns lie a small, side-gable animal storage building with a large wooden door and two casement windows (225444) on the north elevation and a c.1900 gable-roof barn (225443). Another cluster of outbuildings to the south of the barns includes a c.1900 barn with side gables and horizontal clapboarding as well as two c.1920 concrete silos (225441). A c.1950 pole building is located just south of here and four c.1950 metal grain bins complete the outbuilding collection. Some primary outbuildings on the property were not visible from the right of way and were obscured by foliage. As a result, AHI records were not created for these buildings."
