NOTES
Additional Information:This Ranch house was constructed c. 1965, according to Brown County Land Records and historic aerial images. It is
rectangular in plan with a concrete foundation, vertical composite board and stone veneer walls, and an asphalt-shingled,
side-gable roof. The front elevation faces east and has wide over-hanging eaves, exposed roof beams, and a projecting
window wall entryway with irregularly shaped lights in its front-facing gable.

The house at 703 Bascom Way is in good condition and retains a high degree of integrity.
However, the building is a typical interpretation of a mid-century Ranch house and does not possess an especially high
degree of architectural distinction within the context of mid-century Ranch architecture in Green Bay.
