2013- "The Dear Lodge Bar (AHI #225812) is a vernacular, one-story, front-gable building constructed c. 1935, according to historic plat maps and historic aerial imagery. It is rectangular in plan with horizontal wood walls on its east and front elevations and vertical wood walls on its west elevation, with an asphalt-shingled front-gable roof. The front elevation faces south and is asymmetrical in plan. The windows are a mixture of vinyl one-over-ones, one-by-one sliding, or wood-framed one-over-ones. A covered porch with a hipped roof leads to the main vinyl door entryway on the front elevation."
