Additional Information: | This mobile home is a prefabricated building with corrugated aluminum or T1-11 composite walls. The foundation skirting is made of corrugated aluminum. This property also includes the Dear Lodge Bar (AHI #225813). 2013- "The mobile home (AHI #225813) is a vernacular, one-story, prefabricated building constructed c. 1940, according to historic plat maps and historic aerial imagery. It is rectangular in plan with corrugated aluminum or T1-11 composite walls, and an asphalt-shingled front-gable roof. A foundation skirting is made of corrugated aluminum. The front faces west and is asymmetrical in plan. The steep gable hoods on the west and east elevation have an "A" frame shape. Vertical wood or T1-11 composite cladding is located in each gable. In addition, decorative, scrolled bargeboard is located in the gables and along the eaves.
