Additional Information:This newly inventoried house is a single-story Minimal Traditional residence. Based on its appearance and the
development of the neighborhood, the house dates to ca. 1950. The brick house has a side gabled roof with a prominent
gable front bay on the asymmetrical east-facing (front) facade. The windows are simple one-over-one windows with
concrete sills. A new deck accesses the main entry on the front facade. The roof is sheathed in asphalt shingles and the
foundation material is not visible.
