NOTES
Additional Information:The newly inventoried house at 1024 S. Oneida Street is a single-story Minimal Traditional house. Due to its
appearance and the neighboring houses, it was likely constructed ca. 1950. The brick house has a side gabled roof, a
prominent off-center stone chimney, and an asymmetrical facade. The entry with its concrete steps and stoop, and
wrought iron handrails, is located on the east-facing (front) facade. It is flanked by a picture window with sidelights, and
three one-over-one windows. The remaining windows on the north and south elevations are one-over-one with single light
windows lighting the basement. All ground floor windows include a brick sill in header bond. The roof is sheathed
in asphalt shingle. The foundation is brick.
