Additional Information:The newly inventoried building at N8910 S. Oneida Street is a single-story Moderne-influenced house constructed ca.
1940. The facade (west-facing elevation) is asymmetrical with an attached garage and prominent coursed
stone end chimney. Three large picture windows with concrete sills light the facade . A single-light window is set in a
rounded corner, and glass block windows light the northwest corner. There are two entrances on the facade . Both doors
and the three picture windows include flat arch and keystone details. The facade of the house is clad in coursed stone
material. The south elevation has been altered with new ve11ical vinyl siding and an additional garage door. The house is
now in commercial use.
