NOTES
Additional Information:Square windows are located on the west end of the southwest elevation. Three overhead garage doors and three hinged doors are located on the northeast elevation. Resources for the A. E. Perkins Farmstead include the house (138858), gable basement barn (226134), gambrel basement barn (226135), agricultural outbuilding (225136), agricultural outbuilding (226137), silo (226138), and machine shed (226139). 2022 - This long rectangular machine shed (AHI 226139) is located at the southern end of the farmstead, southwest of the farmhouse. Constructed circa 1940, it is a long rectangular structure with an asphalt-shingled, side-gabled roof. The building is clad in vertical board siding. The primary elevation faces northwest, containing three overhead garage doors at the northeast end and three large swing doors to the southwest. Aerial photography indicates that the building’s construction circa 1940 replaced two smaller outbuildings located southwest of the house. 2012- "The machine shed (AHI #226139) was constructed circa 1940. It is rectangular in plan with an asphalt-shingled, gable roof and vertical board walls. There are square windows located at the west end of the southwest elevation. Three overhead garage doors and three hinged doors are located in the northeast elevation." - "STH 83, Mukwanago and Waterford 7.5 Quads", WisDOT ID #1300-09-71, Prepared by GLARC, Inc (Megan Daniels) (2012). small animal building
